Wellness Response Team services are offered in the following counties:
Presque Isle, Montmorency, Alpena, Oscoda, Alcona, Ogemaw, and Iosco

  • Peer Recovery Coaches with lived experience and other caring professionals

  • Confidential

  • An overdose

  • A suspected overdose

  • Or the risk of an overdose

  • Anyone can refer! Yourself, loved ones, clients, patients, or anyone in need of assistance.

  • Overdose, suspected overdose, or fear of overdose.

  • No cost, it's free

What happens after a call is made?
Wellness Response Map

  • A Peer Recovery Coach with other community support partners (1 or 2 ) will initiate contact within a 24 -72 hour time period.
     

  • Your team will meet with you confidentially, without judgment and supportively to explore:

    • Access to harm reduction supplies

    • Connection to local helping resources

    • Pathway to recovery options

A Wellness Response Team Member will be in touch within 24-72 hours
