Client Financial Assistance

At CHS, our client's well-being is our priority. We don't want the cost of care to be a barrier. Working with our registration staff we aim to to find the best solution for your personal financial situation.  We will bill health insurance whenever possible. CHS fees are charged on a sliding scale depending on income. And there are times when we can access Client Assistance Funds, which are made possible by generous donors.

We provide services in-person and virtually.
