If you or someone you love has experienced an overdose, suspected overdose, or is at risk of one, help is available—and it’s free, fast, and confidential. Catholic Human Services’ Wellness Response Team (WRT) is here to respond with compassion, understanding, and real resources to support healing and recovery.

WHO CAN MAKE A REFERRAL?

Anyone. Whether it’s yourself, a family member, friend, patient, client, or neighbor—if there’s been an overdose, a suspected overdose, or concern about one, we’re here to help.

There’s no cost for services. Everything is confidential and offered without judgment.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU CALL?

Within 24–72 hours, a Peer Recovery Coach—someone with lived experience in recovery—will reach out along with 1–2 other trained community professionals.

Your personalized team will:

  • Meet with you privately, wherever is safe and comfortable

  • Provide access to harm reduction supplies

  • Connect you with local support services and treatment options

  • Explore recovery pathways that match your needs and goals
