CLIENT INFORMATION

CLIENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

At Catholic Human Services, your well-being comes first. We believe that cost should never be a barrier to receiving care. Our registration team will work with you to find a financial solution that fits your circumstances.

Whenever possible, we will bill your health insurance. For those without coverage, we offer a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. Additionally, thanks to the generosity of our donors, Client Assistance Funds may be available to help cover the cost of care.

We provide both in-person and virtual services, including:

  • Individual therapy

  • Group therapy

  • Family counseling

  • Peer recovery support

  • Care coordination

  • Post-overdose response

  • Referrals for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

No one is turned away due to inability to pay. Affordable care is available through our sliding fee program.

COUNSELING CLIENT INFORMATION

As a counseling client with Catholic Human Services we are dedicated to providing you with quality treatment. We understand that counseling can be intimidating and you may have questions. In an effort to provide an overview of what you can expect from us we have created a Client Orientation Handbook (Manual de orientación al cliente - Español).
